The Beer Model 11.08 MB - This book presents the application of a GRID standard model to a product dependency model of brewing. The result is a Program Management architecture for the Direction, Investment, Resourcing and Generation of beer and other fermented beverages. A Program Management architecture describes the functions that sustain the processes in production operations. Nuance and detail of specific processes in production are not addressed as these are contained in an operational architecture. Program Management architecture provides an understanding of how the resources engaged in these process are envisioned, budgeted, prioritized, acquired and engaged.
The resulting architecture can be used for the assessment of existing software and system investments as well as training curricula. It may be applied directly as a uniform taxonomy of Program Management system functions and human competencies. Do you want to download or read a ebook?
